Journey Of The Heart (DVD)

A handful of Lakota youth ride horseback from the Crazy Horse family cemetery to the Indian Memorial dedication at the Little Bighorn National Battlefield. A distance of 360 miles! The Crazy Horse family accompanies them. They tell them stories about the family campsites of Crazy Horse back when he rode to the Little Big Horn on his way to meet and defeat General Custer in one of the biggest battles ever fought in North America, the Battle of the Little Bighorn. They also visit a place called Deer Medicine Rock in Eastern Montana where Crazy Horse left a carving on a large owl shaped rock of his vision of how he would die at Fort Robinson and who would be the ones to kill him in 1876...one year before his vision was actually fulfilled exactly as he had carved it.

Running Time: 93 minutes.
